How does a typical engagement start?
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute strategy call. We audit where your business is, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and tell you exactly which services make sense for your situation right now. No pitch deck, no pressure. Just a direct conversation.
How long does a full engagement take?
It depends on scope. A focused automation build can go live in two to three weeks. A Full Stack engagement typically runs four to eight weeks for the build phase, followed by a 60-day optimization period. We always scope timelines clearly upfront with no surprises.
Do you work with businesses outside Las Vegas and Los Angeles?
Yes. A&A operates fully remotely and works with clients across the US and internationally. The majority of our engagements are conducted via video call and async communication. Location is never a barrier.
What industries do you specialize in?
We work across industries, including e-commerce, consulting, SaaS, professional services, real estate, hospitality, and creative businesses. The A&A methodology is designed to be industry-agnostic because the fundamentals of automation and brand strategy apply everywhere.
What happens after the initial build is done?
All project-based engagements include a 30 to 60 day optimization window after delivery. We measure, adjust, and make sure everything is performing before we close. Clients who want ongoing support can transition to The Inner Circle advisory retainer.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with A&A?
Not at all. We handle all the technical build and configuration. Our job is to make the technology invisible so you just see the results. You focus on your business, we handle the infrastructure that runs it.
